🎉 I'VE COMPLETED ALL DOCTORAL COURSEWORK! 🥹🤯🙌 If you didn't know, this is my 2nd attempt at obtaining my doctoral degree. I honestly was skeptical if I was going to make it this far, let alone complete my degree (there's still more work to do, but we're celebrating this HUGE milestone)! I don't want to just share this "win," by now you may know I don't just share my story for the applause. I share because I know there is FREEDOM from bondage when we share our testimonies. Here's the caption I shared in case you are on an Instagram® hiatus! ⤵️

The celebration continues! I have officially completed all of my doctoral coursework!🤯 I prayed to one day see this day and it has arrived!

This journey has been me faithing it until I make it, and God’s not done yet!

• 1194 days
• 74+ required textbooks (more optional)
• 100s of articles and dissertations
• 4 semesters of incompletes
• 2 doctoral dismissals
• 1 20-page appeal
• “Victims” of housing nearly costing us $500k
• Weeks of weeping in fetal position
• Displaced in a long-term rental and then a VIP hotel suite for 121 days (thanks Best Western)
• Found THE BEST landlord and beautiful home that confirmed a prophetic word “Homeless to Hillside”
• Spending $4k rent check to host a private fasting retreat for women leaders (God provided $12k in response to my “Yes”)
• 13-month custody battle where we witnessed vindication for my husband
• Son’s diagnosis of Autism
• Weekly therapy 3x

With all of this (and so much more), your girl has completed her doctoral coursework (with a 3.93 GPA which doesn’t really matter at this level, but it’s noteworthy to me)!😬🥹🙌

Again, this journey has been me faithing it until I make it, and God’s not done yet!

His hand has been on us.

I’ll continue to surrender, trust, and obey Him until I hear the words from Matthew 25 “Well done, my Good and Faithful Servant” ideally 70 years from now!

There’s more work to be done, and for now, I celebrate this win! 💪
